RATES FOR TREKS AND TREKS PEAKS

Our services start upon your arrival at Kathmandu airport where we will pick you up and end the day of your departure from Kathmandu to the airport where we accompany you.
For trekking, trekking peaks and expeditions the prices are decreasing according to the number of participants thank you to consult us.

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:

  • 2 to 4 nights in hotel in Kathmandu with breakfasts

TRAVEL REGULATIONS

Upon receipt of the RIB you will pay a deposit of 20%.

The balance is payable 6 weeks before the date of your departure.

CANCELLATION OF THE TRIP.

    • Cancellation of your fact

From 60 to 14 days before the scheduled departure date, 40% of the amounts paid in advance and balance will be retained.

From 13 to 7 days before the date of the planned departure 70% of the sums paid in installment and balance will be retained.

Less than 7 days no refund.

No refund can be required for insufficient level or compromising the security of the group.

    • Cancellation of our fact

The sums paid will be fully refunded regardless of the cause of our cancellation.

    • Trip Shortened

If you have to shorten your trek for medical reasons no refund of missing days or evacuation costs by helicopter. Before you leave, check the terms of reimbursements related to your insurance.

In expedition or in trek peak no refund if you finish in fewer days than expected. Likewise if there is no success of the summit and you decide to give up. In these cases the number of nights of hotel supported by the agency remains the one indicated on your trip.

    • Problem with plane on inner lines

The Agency is not responsible for changes to dates or times that may occur on domestic flights in Nepal.

In case of delays or postponement of flights the agency will do everything possible to find a solution but the costs generated will be at your expense.

For example if you want a helicopter return solution the cost of the helicopter is your responsibility.

    • Following natural disaster

No refund after a natural disaster. It is necessary to contact your insurance to obtain according to the conditions of your guarantee an indemnity.

INSURANCE

Before you leave, contact your insurer to check that your insurance policy covers: Nepal and / or Tibet as well as the helicopter repatriation of mountain areas in Nepal.

HEALTH MEDICINE

We advise you to have a medical examination before your departure in order to have a doctor check your ability to perform a trek or expedition at high altitude.
